My Movie Reviews

So I thought since my husband put in Super Man Returns in today that I would start a thing on the Super Man movies (the newer ones). I think I’m actually starting backwards. But even though I’m really not into the Super Man movies, I do say they keep my attention really well.

So this movie is about Super Man returning after being gone for a good amount of time. Well Lex Luther is in this one and he plans on taking over the whole world with these crystals not from our world but from Super Man’s world. Well he ends up coming up with a plan on making his own content and making people beg for a beachfront property. Does he actually end up doing it or does Super Man save the day again?

Well you will just have to watch the movie to find out. I know I was actually watching this one, and not playing on the computer like I usually do when my husband puts in something I don’t want to watch.

Well I decided that I wanted to do this movie because my husband was wanting to watch it so bad today, but didn’t get a chance to. This one is one of my favorites of X-Men movies. I liked the last one a lot but I like this one a lot better. Plus there is a lot of the super hero movies I don’t like, but there is a few I do (this being one of them).

This movie is about a humans and mutants  trying to live side by side. When someone doesn’t want that and wants all the mutants to die. So he makes a plan so he can take over the mutant school and get into Charles thing that show him all the Mutants and all the Humans in the world. Will he be successfully? Or will he fail badly? Only the X-Men can save the world once more.

Does anyone remember this movie from the 90’s. As a younger me, I loved this movie. Even had it on dvd awhile back. I still love this movie today, it makes me cry in the beginning everytime. So be prepared if your watching this with anyone, to turn your head a little when you cry lol just so no one can say you were.

This movie is about a girl is in a car accident in London with her mom. Something happeneds to her mom were her dad she barely see has to bring her home with him. Trying to deal with what happened to her mother. She tries to find balance, when she finds a bunch of goose eggs, where bulldozers tore up some trees. She decides to hatch them. Well once they are hatched, the law has to step in because they are not clipped. So they are consided wild. So Amy has to teach them to fly and to be able to make it south for the winter.

I was in shocked that my husband actually wanted me to watch a western, I thought it would be one of those old westerns that you couldn’t really get. And there is some young girl screaming for her life. Lol. Well lucky it wasn’t like that at all.

This movie is about two cowboys who were best mates, but something happen to them and they fell out. Well something happened to a friend of their, who was trying to get his daughtar out of Cuba. He had no knowing that he was dealing with very dirty men. He get into trouble and these two cowboys have to save him. So two cowboys from New Mexico, travel to New York to help a friend out.

Now I’m not very much of a Star Trek fan, but when I married my husband he was. So since he has all the movies I have to watch them time-to-time. And since I had to watch it last night. So since I haven’t written in here for a couple days that I would write about what movie I saw last night.

This movie is about the 23rd century. Where the Earth is in danger from an unknown ship. When Admiral Kirt finds out what kind of signal the ship is making. He has to travel to the 21st century (late 80’s) to get two humpback whales to the 23rd century. Since man made them exist that’s why they had to travel to get them where they were once known to exists. They have some trials to go thru in getting two humpback whales. Will they save man kind and all the aliens that live there or will all be lost?

This movie is one of my newest favorites. This has a lot of action in it, and dragons in it. Well only one but still. I so wish we could all have pet dragons or such things were actually real in this world. The baby dragon is so cute in this movie. Though I do have to warn you, some of the dark characters are really dark. One some parts I couldn’t look at those characters because they are scary looking. I guess what do you expect out of creatures like that.

This movie is about a boy who lives with his uncle. Being the last Dragon Rider in his world. Not knowing it, when he goes out hunting and comes back with what he thinks is a stone, a really nice stone at that. What he doesn’t know is that it’s a dragon’s egg. Since the Dragon Riders have not existed in his life time. He is the one that is going to save his world from the evil King.

You will have to see how he saves the world or is it just the beginning of a even bigger adventures? I guess you will have to watch it to find out.

I bet a lot of you will remember this movie as a child. This is the second longest running tv special. And being that its a Christmas time classic to me. So I have to watch sometime between now and Christmas.

So this movie is about the Peanuts gang preparing for Christmas time, each is given a task for a Christmas party/play. Charlie Brown’s task is to get a tree, well he picks the smallest less filled tree that you could find. Charlie Brown also struggles to make money for his girlfriend. While Sally and Peppermint Patty are trying hard to remember their lines for the play.

This is a type of movie you will want to watch with the whole family. Though you might have trouble getting the older kids to watch it.

This movie is the longest running Christmas special and the second being It’s Christmas time, Carlie Brown. So those of you that play the trivia from  www.rememberwhen.today.com I gave you one of the answers to the trivia. Your going to have to figure out the rest of them. Oh ok on to the movie. This movie is another one of those movies I have to watch every year or its just not Christmas. I blame my parents for this one lol, they would always watch it when we were younger.

This movie is about a Reindeer who was borned with a red nose instead of a black one like all the rest. Well he was made fun of a lot when he was younger. Well Rudolph had enough of it and decides to leave, well he meets up with an elf who doesn’t want to make toys anymore he wants to be a densit (yeah kind of strange for an elf but its a movie) and then they run into a guy who mines for gems. Well being in the wild they run into a mean yeti, well they out run him and end up in the island for misfit toys. Toys that don’t do what they are suppose to are sent to this island. Well after his adventures he goes home to tell Santa about the island of misfit toys and finds out his family is missing plus the reindeer he has a crush on. Turns out they went looking for him. Rudolph finds them and saves them from the yeti. And the rest is history that they made a song out of it. lol.

So watch this with your little children they will like it.

I kept putting this off today because I really didn’t know what to write about today. So I was going through the Christmas movies I knew and this one poped out at me. So this is a very classic Christmas children’s show. I don’t remember when it came out but I do know I was a small child when it did.

This movie is about a bunch of kids who build a snowman and put a magic hat on  him and he comes alive. They didn’t know it was a magic hat but when they see a talking, walking snowman they figure out that the hat has magic in it. They all play together until it starts to become spring, the race to get Frosty up to the north pole before he melts is a very hard thing that only a few kids can do.

This one is more of a classic that everyone will love and remember. I watch it at least once every Christmas time. Though its usually more than once a year, since TNT usually plays it 24 hours on Christmas. But no matter how many time I see it, I always want to watch it on Christmas Eve right before I go to bed, and then at least one more time on Christmas. Though I don’t know how many times I’ll watch it this year, since I won’t have much time as I usually do on the holidays to watch TV

This movie is about a boy named Ralph, who’s family isn’t perfect. It goes thru some of his year up until Christmas when all he wants is a bb gun, and everyone says he’ll shoot his eye. Well there is a lot of stuff that goes with this movie that its hard to tell what to say without giving it away. You know when you were a children and if someone stuck their tongue to something melt it would stick, well you can probley thank this movie for showing it. .It also shows what happens when kids let bad words slip to their parents.

Make this one a tradition of watching it with your family.
